New membership starts on the first day of University of Canterbury Enrollment Day.

Under CMSA constitution, new membership will close on 31st July each year unless there is notice given by committee.

This form is for new membership or change of membership information.

Please fill out this form. Your form will be reviewed by CMSA committee and notice will be given upon successful application. For new members, your application is only completed once you pay the membership fee.
